Lance is a Regional Sales Director for Allen Edwin Homes. He manages the greater Kalamazoo, Battle Creek, Lansing and Livingston County areas. He came to Allen Edwin Homes with extensive experience in the home building industry. He served as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the largest builder in the country as well as Vice President of Operations for a private builder prior to working for Allen Edwin. He also has been established as he co-authored a national sales training manual.

Before coming to Allen Edwin Homes, Tracy co-owned a building and remodeling company with her husband in Livingston County. She has worn many other hats as well, including working in the cell phone industry, plumbing wholesale and furniture sales,but home building is where her heart is.

Prior to joining the team more than 4 years ago, Gary was already a two time Allen Edwin homeowner. His past experience includes 10 years at Classic Stereo and Video. He now works with Allen Edwin's Michigan Home Buyer's Club to help put families in homes.

Mike is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Allen Edwin. He joined Allen Edwin Homes in February 2010. Prior experience includes new home sales with Pulte Homes of Michigan in 1999, becoming sales manager in 2003 and VP of Sales and Marketing for Pulte Homes of Ohio in 2004. From 2008 to 2010, Mike worked with KB Homes in South Carolina and North Carolina as VP of Sales and Marketing.

Nathan joined the Allen Edwin team with a great sales background. He came from 8 years of business to business sales in commercial mechanical maintenance. Ray spent his youth, through college, building houses. After college, Ray spent 7 years living in Illinois, working as an outside sales representative for the hardwood, lumber and plywood industry. He brings a great deal of sales experience to the Allen Edwin team, and has sold directly to cabinet, door, and millwork manufactures.

Laura recently relocated with her family to Michigan from Lafayette, Indiana. She brings with her experience as a sales manager for three furniture stores and a home accessory store.
