At Allen Edwin Homes, we focus on serving the first-time and select move-up buyers. We have defied the overall new home market and have grown annually since 2006.
We recently sold over 500 homes in 2012 and with market expansion underway in 2013, we have high-income sales opportunities in each of our core markets: Grand Rapids, Lansing, Kalamazoo, Battle Creek, Holland/Lakeshore and Southeast Michigan. In 2013, we will continue to expand into new markets.
